The end of life presents both medical and legal dilemmas. They can be as daunting as any a person will ever face. We are available to assist individuals and organizations in our service area when problems arise. Contact Whitney Durand at 423-756-0128 or 800-836-0128 (outside Chattanooga).

We offer this service in the belief that few people are able to assist dying family members and friends, or to confront death ourselves, without clear understanding of practical matters in the fields of medicine and law. This is not to make light of spiritual, ethical, and psychological concerns. But if a holistic approach is to be applied, the matters discussed here are part of the mix.

We deal in these pages with some of the means to obtain greater understanding, to find assistance of many types, and to solve problems.
