We serve the victims of domestic violence. Not only do we represent them in obtaining divorces, but we assist them when they seek orders of protection against their abusers. For further information about our services to victims, call 423-756-0128 extension 112.

Our pamphlets can be examined by clicking on the left side of this page. Our memoranda of law can be examined by clicking here: The Brief Book: Memoranda of Law on Issues affecting Victims of Domestic Violence.

The Family Violence Fund supplies information at its website about the prevalence and effects of domestic violence. Doctors, nurses and hospitals can benefit from the Protocol   for dealing with suspected domestic violence. The brochures below are intended for victims.

If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader you will not be able to read a brochure with beside it. Please click below to get a copy.
