Monroe County Courthouse, Madisonville

We serve the victims of domestic violence. Sometimes we represent them in obtaining divorces, and more frequently we assist them when they seek orders of protection against their abusers. For further information about our services to victims, call 423-756-0128.

Our pamphlets can be examined by clicking on the left side of this page. The forms used by the courts can be obtained by clicking on the underlined words. Our memoranda of law can be examined by clicking here: The Brief Book: Memoranda of Law on Issues affecting Victims of Domestic Violence.

Finally, the most authoritative publication intended for judges and lawyers is the Tennessee Domestic Abuse Benchbook.

If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader you will not be able to read these publications. Please click below.
