The Instaguide is meant to assist pro bono lawyers. It is a complement to standardized forms that we also offer. It is not a substitute for a treatise or legal research, but it is annotated so you can do your own research. It is an authoritative introduction for practitioners who accept family law cases for a legal aid program but do not regularly practice in the area.
