Tivoli Theatre Chattanooga Whitney Durand. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Durand became Executive Director in March 2002. Prior to his work with us, he was a partner with a Chattanooga law firm and had a business practice. Mr. Durand is acting as the Executive Director of Southeast Tennessee Legal Services. wdurand@selegal.org Cynthia Gibson. A graduate of Emory Law School and Tennessee Technological University, Ms. Gibson handles divorces, Pro Se clients, and related family law matters. She formerly worked for Georgia Legal Services in its Dalton office on many other types of civil matters. cgibson@selegal.org Cathy Allshouse. A graduate of Southern Methodist University Law School, Ms. Allshouse has worked for both private law firms and Kentucky Legal Aid. She handles Order of Protection cases as well as consumer law matters. Her prior experience has included advice to seniors. callshouse@selegal.org Rachel Brock. A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Ms. Brock handles divorces and related family law matters. rbrock@selegal.org Logan Jenkins assists with divorces cases, and graduated from UTC. ljenkins@selegal.org Amanda Jackson assists with Orders of Protection and consumer law cases and is attending UTC. ajackson@selegal.org David Bullins assists with Pro Se clients and is attending UTC. dbullins@selegal.org Additionally, several other persons regularly assist either as employees or volunteers.
